The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and confidently deal with customer enquiries both on the phone and in person. They will need to be well organised and have the ability to work well under pressure.

Strong computer skills are necessary, as is a positive, committed personality with a strong desire to provide first class customer service.

Previous experience in the plant hire sector would be beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:
Recording and administering hires
Assisting with organisation of plant deliveries and collections
Administration of the hire desk
Responding to customer enquiries and liaising with suppliers
